Ground Rules for Weekly Coaching Sessions

  1. Availability: 
    The program is limited to 10 clients to ensure personalized attention and maximum value for each participant.

     

  2. Frequency: 
    Clients are required to attend at least one session per week.
    Clients may request two sessions per week if needed, subject to availability.

     

  3. Commitment:
    Clients should come prepared for each session, including reviewing prior assignments and completing any tasks provided.
    The session will start and end promptly at the scheduled time.​

     

  4. Rescheduling:
    Clients can reschedule sessions as long as they provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

     

  5. Confidentiality: 
    All discussions during sessions are confidential and will not be shared without written consent.

     

  6. Progress Tracking:
    Regular progress checks will be conducted to ensure clients are achieving their goals.

     

  7. Accountability:
    Homework, reflections, or assignments may be given after each session, and clients are expected to complete them before the next session.
